Quita is also known as “Allure” has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 10 years and highly trusted, certified, and insured Permanent makeup artist who discovered a passion for eyebrow artistry. Her passion for eyebrow artistry was developed from having a pet peeve for unruly eyebrows and wanting to help those who do not know how to care for their brows or have sparse eyebrows through services or products.
Quita expanded her expertise to offer services including Micro Blading, Brow Tinting, and Brow Lamination services to name a few. As a perfectionist by nature, she has a keen eye for precision and expertise in enhancing natural beauty using custom cosmetic artistry, Permanent makeup techniques, subtle definition, and color theory. Quita has always focused on helping clients achieve their
desired results and understands the power of “bomb brows”.

BrowsAllured “ Home of Brow Makeovers” was established in 2018 and provides leading-edges beauty services in the DMV Area, specializing in eyebrow enhancements including Micro Blading, lamination, tint, wax, and some body hair removal services just to name a few; all while in a professional, relaxing and comfortable environment.
We pride ourselves on providing both men and women the best customer service and attention to detail for each client. Our primary goal is to assist clients with their beauty needs based on their lifestyle and take a deep dive into each client's desired service with a consultation and give a professional recommendation. BrowsAllured also provides Micro Blade and Tinting classes by a licensed professional who not only demonstrates service techniques but ensures students are properly advised about proper sanitation, customer service, product knowledge, and more!
